ONE-HOUR Western Kits

The “ONE-HOUR Western Kits” are a series of new products that cut the total procedure time of a Western or dot blot from 4.5 hours to ONE hour, with no loss in sensitivity.
Such significant reduction in time is due to the innovative proprietary buffers developed by GenScript, which:
* Allow faster blocking.
* Promote interaction between primary and secondary antibodies while reducing non-specific binding.

These properties allow the blocking time to be reduced to only five minutes and bypass the separate secondary antibody binding and washing steps.
The new 2nd generation ONE-HOUR Western technology gives you even a higher sensitivity and lower background your Westerns in ONE hour.
